A Caregiver’s Heart With an Eye for What a Home Can Become.
Dierdra’s instinct has always been to care for people. A mother and nursing graduate who finished at the top of her class, she has spent meaningful parts of her career helping people at both ends of life—from newborns beginning their journey to older adults who deserve patience, dignity, and compassion.
Her love for real estate came naturally after purchasing her first home. Planting her first flower changed the way she saw the property around her. What started as ownership became a passion for growth, design, and the small details that make a space feel intentional. She discovered how much she enjoyed improving interiors and exteriors, creating warmth, and giving a property the feeling of home rather than simply a place to stay.
That same personality shows up everywhere else in her life. She loves Muay Thai, carries the heart of a lion, and brings a strong Puerto Rican spirit into the way she protects the people and things she cares about. At K&D 831 Holdings, that translates into high standards for property presentation, comfort, cleanliness, and the human experience inside every home.

Keldrick Dodson • Co-Founder
Protection Became Strategy. Strategy Became Real Estate.
Keldrick’s background was shaped by competition, discipline, and protecting people. Years in competitive sports and boxing taught him to prepare, stay composed, and keep moving when the path gets difficult. Becoming a girl dad gave that drive an even clearer purpose: build a life that shows his daughter how wide the world can be and how much is possible when preparation meets opportunity.
Before real estate, he became a top insurance sales professional. The job was never simply about policies. He cared about helping families protect themselves from rising medical costs and unexpected financial pressure as though those families were his own. That experience strengthened his belief that good business starts with listening, protecting, and helping people make informed decisions before a problem becomes a crisis.
Today, as a Finance Manager working across real estate investing and business development, his focus is helping people map strategic paths around one of the biggest barriers standing between an idea and execution: access to financing. That intersection of capital, planning, and opportunity is where his passion for real estate became permanent—and where K&D 831 Holdings found its financial discipline.
